Kaden's Maiden Journey Here On ASG...
To all you loyal ASG fans,I just wanted to take the time to write to you all and thank you for allowing Kaden to invade your space here at ASG for awhile and try his hand at presenting some really hot guys that he's managed to find out and about in the great State of Texas where he's been trying hard to create a product that you'll all find worthy of the ASG legacy. Personally I'm very proud of him and Doug and I are both thankful for his help.
More importantly I realize that some of you aren't used to this type of ASG and that you may have concerns about the direction things are taking here, but let me be the first to say that what you want from and for ASG is what's most important. I want you to be sure that this is still your place to get off and that what you want to get you off is what you should be getting. Bringing in new blood, giving them a chance and letting them progress is what I think of when I think of what Amateur Straight Guys means to me as a brand. This doesn't just mean the talent but also the hosts.
Doug and I have had many late night conversations about the subject of new blood and we both feel that giving new hosts a chance here might be a good idea and may bring a new sense of freshness to the spirit of ASG. Doug certainly realizes and admits that he can't always be at the helm of sucking off a straight guy or the one to man the camera. keeping the spirit of ASG in tact and allowing it to be a place for both hot straight guys and young directors to express themselves and their brand of hot sex while giving him time to take care of other tasks and rotate his place on the site is a nice mix.
With that said, no, Doug isn't going away, he's not disappearing and I'd never let that happen. In fact, I'd chain him to a chair first. ASG needs Doug and it needs you, but most of all it needs all of our tender loving care to become exactly what it's always meant when you thought of it.
Sometimes changes are good. I feel the same way about the own love of my life, Active Duty. After being at it for nearly thirteen years I sometimes feel like an old dinosaur and letting the guys step in to give their own perspective helps me regain my overall love for what I do. As I get older I realize this more and more and embrace the thought of allowing my ego to rest along with my feet while I put the camera and the perspective in someone elses hands. When I get nervous about their ability, all I have to do is pull out a video that I made ten years ago and realize that we all evolve if we're given a chance and have a passion and genuine love for what we do. I feel safe in saying that I think Kaden has these attributes when it comes to what he's doing. It's given him a new lease on both life in general and his own inner feelings and confidence about his sexuality. It occurs to me when I watch his stuff and speak to him over the phone about his work and hear the excitement in his voice that we are experiencing a young man coming of age. I feel honored to watch such a thing happen.
But, what I think and what Doug feels may not be in line with your own feelings and we need to hear from you. Feedback is the key to giving you what you want and I welcome your comments, criticism and/or praise. So, let those emails fly!

Coming up the NEW ASG Live!
Hi Guys,As we announced last Tuesday we have begun to redefine the ASG Live product as we now know it and transform it very quickly into one that will provide you as customers with more interactivity and variety. We believe this new product offering will be something you all will really enjoy. However, given the amount of work to do to provide this product to you quickly we have decided to put the current format of live shows on hiatus until we relaunch.
I do have an update for you. We will be formally announcing the product as we will be launching it a week from today on Friday July 30 here on ASG Live at 7PM Pacific Time. We look forward to providing you with a fun and arousing experience each and every time you tune in so be sure to do that one week from today at 7PM Pacific. This week we will begin broadcasting the Best of ASG Live every night beginning at 7PM Pacific until 12AM Pacific. Shows will begin promptly at 7PM and each segment due to varieties of time length will last between one and one and one half hours. For example: Should a show end before the hour then the next broadcast’s showing will begin on the nearest quarter hour so if we end a broadcast at 7:50 the next show will begin at 8PM.
We will be providing updates at 7PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays on our progress on the product launch. We really look forward to kicking off this new product with you and hope for your support and input.

The week that was
I’m sitting here at my desk to write this to our members in between file uploads for today’s update which is running a bit behind schedule. Our update tonight will literally blow your socks off as “Fuck Vance” week concludes with its final installment. Spence, our longtime and most celebrated amateur straight guy returns to ASG to appear with Vance the buff guy we’d all like to stick it to. Super-hot... We had a few misses this week as those of you who attended the cam show on Tuesday and again our make-up show on Wednesday will know. We lost internet connection during Tuesday’s show towards the end and though we reconnected many of you missed the cum shot. So……….we decided to do an entire repeat show live the next night only to discover after having struggled with our network connections all day that the show would not be able to proceed as the network failed when we tried to begin the broadcast. Yes we tested it prior and it worked but for some unknown reason went down right at the critical moment. I was more frustrated than many of you as I’m sure Jon or anyone here can testify. My sincerest apologies to those of you who attended the show but most importantly to our models for Wednesday night’s make up show who put their lives on hold for us and all of you. We really did everything humanly possible to put on a good show for you all and as we all know sometimes shit happens.A really awesome, wonderful thing happened this week though that I’m still giddy about and that is that Bentley has come back home to ASG. Bentley and I hadn’t seen or spoken to each other in many months as we had a falling out back in February. Time and understanding does indeed heal all wounds and certainly did in this case as Bentley is back and folks let me tell ya…sexier than ever! Glad you’re back friend!
TonyZ, Jon and I are heading out tomorrow to Chicago for a weekend trip to appear at the Grabby Awards. We’re meeting up with Dink and his crew there and if you’re in town this weekend stop by any of the Grabby Award festivities and you may just catch us there. Since we are leaving tomorrow for Chicago our ASG Live shows for Friday and Sunday night will be pre-recorded. Be sure to tune in to the Best of ASG Live on Friday and Sunday at 7PM Pacfic Time. We will resume our live productions on Tuesday.

Going Full Swing....
Well it’s been a few weeks now since ASG opened its doors back up and damned if it hasn’t gone by quick. Well for me and I’m sure I can speak for the rest of the ASG staff its zipped right by which is what happens when you’re insanely busy. Yes it’s been pretty much “balls to the wall” for us in Arizona as well as the team in San Diego who are all working night and day to bring ASG back. We really are proud of all we’ve accomplished and we hope so much that you enjoy the site as we gear up towards our “hard launch” on May 10. In the next few days our revised content will be added to the site in pieces and portions for you to enjoy.
It’ll be sort of like Christmas but without the snow as you turn on your computer to find more of your favorite old ASG vids are in your stocking and looking better and shinier than ever!And that’s not all…Christmas continues as we go full swing this coming week and start the publication machine on Monday. With new updates on Monday’s and Thursdays and newly revised content from years gone by I think that you all are going to have a very busy summer…hope you get out of the house sometime and enjoy it! Finally, our ASG Live Shows come back on Monday night as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a bang. Dink and I will be kicking off the evening with a joint announcement beginning at 6:45 PM Pacific Time and then we follow with two live shows in a row! San Diego’s finest ActiveDuty.com guys will be joining the ASG Live line up at 7PM for what is sure to be a scorcher and we then have ASG newbies Luke Larsen and Ty Roderick on live at 8PM. Meet Luke Larsen, the last addition to the old ASG staff whose content never ran prior to the Great Pause. He is at once funny, flamboyant, bawdy, caring, sensitive, intelligent, accomplished and intuitive but most of all he is kind. I'm not here to fill you all with bullshit about him; every word I say is true. We are all fortunate to have him here and to have him care about Amateur Straight Guys as much as any of us do. Thanks Dink. I look forward to a long association and a life-long friendship.
Finally to those of you who supported us during this last year which was challenging to say the least for us I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support and kindness really helped me make it thru.
