How often is the site updated?
There are several updates a week, generally those updates occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. See our ASG Calendar for a listing of update schedules.

How often are there Live webcam shows?
We provide 3 webcam shows per week. At present, webcam shows are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7PM PST.

What happens during the live webcam shows?
Anything and everything! Generally the show consists of the model chatting with members in the chat room, answering questions, etc and slowly disrobing. After the model is naked, they jack off for the audience. Most shows are solo, but ASG has done duo jack offs, and even some trios, as a treat for our members.

How does billing work? Will I be charged monthly?
This depends on the type of membership you selected when you signed up. If you selected a 'Non-Recurring' membership, then you will not be rebilled at the end of your membership. Fees are slightly higher for non-recurring one time members than for our loyal fans. Recurring members get a lower monthly fee, and the knowledge that their access to our world of sexy straight men is not going to end. Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time, and the account will remain active until the end of the current membership period.

How do I cancel my membership? I signed up for a recurring billing but changed my mind.
There is a link to cancel your membership on our support page. Simply fill out the simple form and submit it. You will receive an automated email that says you cancelled successfully. This email is automatically generated, and sent to the email address that you gave us when you signed up.

I tried the online cancellation tool, but I did not receive the confirmation email. What can I do now?
There are a couple of reasons this may occur. If you have changed email addresses, the the confirmation email may have gone to your old address. If you incorrectly entered your email address when you signed up, then it will not get to you. We recommend contacting a Customer Service Representative via email, our toll free 800 number, or our direct line if you live outside of the United States.

My credit card expired. How do I change my credit card on file?
Simply contact a Customer Service Representative via email at customerservice@amateurstraightguys.com or call us toll free at 877-593-0060. For members outside the United States our direct line is 602-288-9010.

How do I register for ASG Online community message boards?
Simply navigate to the ASG Online area on the website and select Register. Read the EULA (End User Licensing Agreement) and the Privacy Policy and accept. Next select a screen name and password, and sign in.

How do I access the chat room in the ASG Live area?
Select the webcam section on the navigation bar at the side of the members area. Click on the "Members Click Here" on the upper right side of the page, this will take you to the member's webcam area. Then, below the webcam view, select the chat button. This will open a new window. Choose a screen name, and select connect.

I'm watching the webcam show, but its not refreshing very often. What can I do?
Make sure that you clicked the link that says "Members Click Here" on the webcam page. We do a 30 second refresh on the webcam preview page for non members.

Do I need to be logged into the chat server to watch the webcam show?
No, you do not. You may watch the show without participating in the chat room. However, it is often fun to chat with the model and other users during the show. Sometimes a model will take your suggestions for posing, etc.

When I try to view the webcam, it asks for my user name and password again. Why does this happen, since I signed into the site?
Since live webcam feeds come off of a different server than the one that the website runs off of, we need to verify that you are a current member.

I signed up a long time ago, and my email address has changed. How may I update it?
Simply send your new email address, along with your login name and old email address to us at customerservice@amateurstraightguys.com and we will update your file for you.

Are all the models REALLY straight?
Here at Amateur Straight Guys, we do our utmost to live up to our name. We do not solicit professional actors, use scripts, or in any way try to take away from thereality of our product. Almost all of our models are Straight with a capital "S" but we do occasionally use bisexual models.
