REQUEST TO CANCEL
Per the Terms of Membership, you must cancel your membership via the link to the online tool (below). Requests to cancel sent via email are not guaranteed to cancel the re-occurring billing before the billing date / time. We offer no refunds on memberships. Using the online tool cancels your membership directly with NetBilling (credit cards and e-checks).

UNABLE TO JOIN
If you are unable to join due to a 'bad address' error and you know your billing address is correct, it may be due to a number of reasons. We recommend contacting a Customer Service Representative to manually process the transaction. You may contact us either via email, our toll free line at 877-593-0060 or our direct line at 602-288-9010. Representatives are available M-F 10am-5pm (Arizona Time MST).
ACCESS PROBLEM
If you are being redirected to the Join Page when you enter your Username & Password, either your account has been blocked by our fraud protection system due to a password-sharing problem (we have experienced notable growth in stolen logins being posted to password sites), or there is a billing problem with your account.
If your account has been blocked due to excessive subnets logged in with your Username & Password, we will email you a new Username & Password to the Inbox of the email address associated with your billing information. Note that your IP address was recorded and will be blocked by our fraud protection system from the initial time of login failure.
If it is a billing problem, please refer back to the Inbox of the email address associated with your billing information. NetBilling notifies the customer when reoccurring billing fails and the reason why (expired / declined credit card, etc.). Once we determine the issue with your reoccurring billing, we will email you with a solution to get your account up and working again.
Please note that if the email address associated to your account information is no longer valid, you will need to change your contact data via NetBilling's online tool (link above).
OTHER MEDIA PLAYERS
If you encounter problems viewing any of the videos on the site, we recommend downloading the most recent version of the media player that you are using. This generally fixes most of the player errors that we've encountered with our members. We currently support Windows Media Player, Real Player, and Quicktime formats.
